Hi yogis!
Come join me for some mindful and yummy Vinyasa yoga sessions in Lisbon. I’m teaching a fusion yoga style inspired by different flow yoga styles & other practices like Prana Flow®, Budokon, Embodied Flow™, Restorative Yoga, Thai Yoga, Dance, Intuitive Movement, Aromatherapy.

The space is in Arroios/ Estefania (closest metro Anjos & Picoas).
The classes are in English (Portuguese/ German/ Spanish simultaneous translation possible). All levels are welcome. There are yoga mats that you can use but feel free to bring your own mat if you have one. The class has a social price: pay as much as you can between 9€ to 12€.
