A workshop deliciously lacking animal products, sugars and wheat. Packed with love and care.
Not only will you make the recipes we have carefully designed for you but you will also get to enjoy the meal you have created. All as a group in a friendly environment.

OUR TRAINER
Rita Pacheco completed her degree at Escola Nacional de Bailado (National Dance School). She has also successfully attended various courses in the areas of self-help and holistic wellness.
Curious from a young age, she has always been interested in healthy cuisine and has learnt under pupilage of an array of chefs. She tends to be constantly in search for innovation due to her natural interest in the area, which in turn results in plenty of successful experiments with food.
She is the mother of two children and has been vegan since 2014.
From that time forth she began sharing what she had learnt in workshops and seminars for people of all ages.
